Instructions to make:

  1. The ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper are all combined in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until each ingredient is distributed evenly.
  2. Form the mixture into eight evenly-sized patties with your hands.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a huge skillet over medium intensity.
  4. Cook the chicken patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through when you add them to the skillet.
  5. To drain any remaining oil, place the chicken patties on a plate lined with paper towels after being removed from the skillet.
